Grievance Redressal

The Grievance Redressal Cell of Ghoksadanga Birendra Mahavidyalaya has been established to provide a fair, transparent, and time-bound mechanism for addressing the concerns and grievances of students, staff, and other stakeholders. The Cell aims to create a harmonious educational environment by resolving issues promptly and effectively.

  • Receive and review grievances submitted by students, faculty, or staff.
  • Conduct inquiries and discussions to understand the nature of complaints.
  • Recommend suitable actions or solutions to the college authority.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure that grievances are resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Students and staff can submit their grievances in a designated Grievance Box located on the college premises, where written complaints can be submitted.
