The Internal Complaint Cell of the Ghoksadanga Birendra Mahavidyalaya is constituted to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all students, teachers, and staff. The Cell addresses issues related to sexual harassment, gender-based discrimination, and any form of misconduct within the campus. It provides a confidential platform for individuals to register complaints and ensures fair, timely, and unbiased redressal as per institutional guidelines and legal provisions. The ICC also organizes awareness programs to promote gender sensitivity and foster a culture of dignity and equality within the institution.
